My years as a lettings negotiator for some of the high street’s biggest chains convinced me that there was a better way to deliver efficient, professional and helpful services to landlords. When I started Lucie White & Company in 2007 I knew that I wanted to offer a different, more personalised approach – and our philosophy still reflects that. Our take on lettings and property management has three main themes:

One size rarely fits all
We are not a high street agent with branded BMWs, a fridge full of fizzy water and standardised policies that apply to all. We know that every tenant, landlord and property is unique, so we tailor our services accordingly. Our clients all have different motivations – be they financial, practical or emotional – and our small, flexible team adapts to every set of circumstances with a high degree of professionalism.

Sensible, stress-free service
Each of us owns at least one property. Between us, we have decades’ of practical experience of the lettings market – but we’re also familiar with the personal stresses, strains and emotions associated with buying or renting a home. We won’t cut corners and we won’t put people, or property, at risk. You can trust us to look after you and your investment.
