Q. I have never heard of Lucie White & Company before. Why should I consider you?

A. You’re not alone in wondering who we are! We’re often overlooked because people think that they need a well-known, high street estate agent to help them buy or sell a property. We have all the expertise and experience that they have – more, in some cases – but we like to treat our clients a little differently. If you’re unsure about working with us, give us a call and quiz us as much as you like; we can also provide plenty of references from clients who have worked with us for years and would never go anywhere else!

Q. Which areas do you cover?

A. We don’t have multiple branches so we specialise in the property market in South West London and Surrey – which we know like the back of our hands! That includes areas like Wimbledon, Chiswick, Richmond, Kingston-upon-Thames, Esher and Dorking, plus everywhere in between and a little bit further afield.

Q. Who will handle the sale or purchase of my property?

A. Your main contact will be Lucie White. Lucie has over 20 years’ experience of the local property market and has worked at several big brand London estate agents in the past. She personally oversees each one of her clients, but is assisted in the office by a small team of property specialists. If you work with us, you’ll get to know them all so that whenever you pick up the phone to call us, you’ll speak to someone familiar.
